Kathmandu. The stock market fell on Monday. On Monday, the NEPSE index decreased by 5.54 points to close at 2,635.00 points. Likewise, the Sensitive Float Index decreased by 1.61 points, while the Float Index decreased by 0.18 points and the Sensitive Float Index decreased by 0.41 points.

Although the stock market has fallen, the transaction amount has improved. Shares worth Rs 4.90 billion were traded on Thursday and Rs 6.47 billion were traded today.

Out of 13 sub-groups, the indices of four sub-groups have fallen. The index of the remaining 9 sub-groups declined. The production and processing sub-group index increased the most by 1.02 percent.

The share prices of the two companies traded at the positive circuit level today. Shares of SY Panel Nepal and Shreekrishna Agritech Industries Ltd were traded at the positive circuit level today.

On the basis of transaction amount, SY Panel Nepal is in the highest position on this day. Shares worth Rs 42.22 crore were traded on the day. Shares of Radhi Power Company worth Rs 31.5 crore were traded today.
