Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal has secured a historic place in the T20 World Cup. To further elevate this excitement, Khalti, a digital wallet, has launched a campaign ‘Khalti Chalau, World Cup Jau’.
The ‘Khalti Chalu, Go World Cup’ campaign has been brought with the aim of turning the dreams of cricket fans into reality. To celebrate the glorious journey of Nepali cricket team, Khalti will provide a golden opportunity to one lucky couple to watch and watch the World Cup live in person, at the expense of the entire cricket team.
To make this campaign fun, Khalti has introduced a gamified experience. Users will not only transact, but also build their own ‘digital teams’.
Users will receive a digital scratch card after making valid transactions through the Khalti app. Each scratch card will have the card of one of the 11 players of the national team. To be eligible for the lucky draw of bumper gifts, users will have to collect and complete a set of cards from 11 different players.
Not only the ultimate winner of the campaign, but users will also be able to win various prizes throughout the card collection journey. Users will receive promo codes when collecting 2, 5, 7, and 11 unique player cards. Out of the 5 unique card users, one lucky winner every 14 days will win a brand new Honor X9D smartphone.
