Kathmandu. The counting of votes is underway after the conclusion of the House of Representatives election. Counting of votes is underway after the first-past-the-post elections were held in 165 constituencies.

According to the latest results, there has been a wave of people in the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP). According to the latest election results, the votes of most of the candidates, including the top leaders of the old political parties, are very low.

KATHMANDU: Coordinator of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has won from Rukum (East). CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is trailing in Jhapa-5 with a huge margin.

Nepali Congress (NC) President Gagan Kumar Thapa is leading in Sarlahi-4 with a margin of votes against Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RSP)’s Amresh Kumar Singh. NCP leader Madhav Kumar Nepal is in the fifth position in Rautahat Constituency-1. Rajesh Kumar Chaudhary of Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP) is leading in the constituency.

In Jhapa-3, Rastriya Prajatantra Party’s Rajendra Lingden is ahead of Rastriya Prajatantra Party’s Prakash Pathak.

Rastriya Janata Party (RSP)’s Rajiv Khatri is ahead of UML secretary Mahesh Basnet in Bhaktapur-2.

The Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP) is leading in all the three constituencies of Chitwan.

CPN-UML’s Pradeep Gyawali is leading in Gulti-1, NC’s Chandra Bhandari is ahead in Gulti-1, CPN-UML’s Gokarna Bista is leading in Gulmi-1, CPN-UML’s Gokarna Bista is leading in Gulmi-1 and CPN-UML’s Sagar Dhakal is leading in Morang-1. In Sunsari-1, the RSP has left behind Harka Sampang.

All the areas of Kathmandu are under the control of the RSP. In Kathmandu-1, the RSP has already been busy. Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RSP)’s Ranju Darshana has been elected in Kathmandu-1 with 15,455 votes. In this constituency, the deposits of UML and NCP have been confiscated. Likewise, Prabal Thapa of Nepali Congress came second with 6,364 votes.

Likewise, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RSP)’s Shishir Khanal has been elected in Kathmandu-6.

As of the time of writing this report, the RSP is in the first position in 103 places across the country.

Similarly, the CPN-UML is leading in 11 places while the CPN (Maoist Centre) is leading in 11 places. Similarly, the Nepali Congress is leading in 9 places while other parties are ahead in 6 places. Yogesh Gauchan of Nepali Congress has won the election in Mustang so far. The RSP is leading in most of the seats with a wide margin. With the results so far, there is talk that the RSP is likely to get a majority.
