Dang. Out of 60 candidates contesting in the election to the House of Representatives held on March 4, 10 candidates have not yet submitted their election expenditure details.

According to Gehendra Kunwar, information officer at the Lumbini Province Election Office, Dang, Sitaram Yadav of the Aam Janata Party, Dhundiraj Thapa of the Janata Samajbadi Party, Pragatisheel Loktantrik Party, Jharendra Bahadur Khatri of the Nagarik Unmukti Party Nepal, Krishna Bahadur Sunar of the Aam Janata Party and independent candidate Padam Prasad Pandey have not submitted their expenditure details. ।

Similarly, from Dang constituency no. 3, Shova Dangi of Janata Samajbadi Party Nepal, Santosh Singh of Miteri Party Nepal, Mahesh Chaudhary of Nagarik Unmukti Party and independent candidate Bhagiram Chaudhary are in the constituency.

According to Information Officer Kunwar, Clause 72 of the Election Act, 2074 BS has the provision that the candidates should submit details of expenditure incurred during the election within 30 days of the announcement of election results to the concerned election office.
