Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel is addressing a joint session of both houses of the federal parliament today.
According to the Office of the President, President Poudel is scheduled to address the joint session of both houses of the Federal Parliament at 3:00 pm as per the Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal.
Members of both the Houses have been invited to be present for the same.
