Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to seek clarification from former Vice-President Purna Bahadur Khadka within seven days.

A meeting of the NC Disciplinary Committee held today took action against Khadka for violating the party statute on April 30 by using the responsibility he did not have.

Earlier, the committee had decided to warn Khadka that he had issued a statement through the party’s letter pad on March 28.

Likewise, the Committee has decided to extend the deadline for lodging complaints against those violating party discipline in the House of Representatives election held on March 4 till mid-May.
