Department monitors 53 firms in a single day

Kathmandu. The Department of Commerce, Supplies and Consumer Protection (DoM), which has been aggressively monitoring and monitoring the market, has collected details of 53 firms in a single day.

The Department has been monitoring whether or not the invoices have been issued to various business establishments, firms and shops, and whether the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 BS have been followed.

In recent days, the department has been monitoring a large number of commercial firms. The monitoring team carried out inspections in 53 farms at Khichapokhari area of Kathmandu on Thursday alone.

The department has issued corrective instructions to all the firms that have been monitored. The department has been regularly monitoring the market in the presence of local people’s representatives, consumer rights activists and stakeholders.
