NEPSE removes Pandak from CDSC board

Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has decided to remove Prabin Pandak from the board of directors of its subsidiary CDSC.

A meeting of the NEPSE Board of Directors held today decided to remove Pandak from the board.

Currently, Pandak is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NEPSE and a member of the Board of Directors. Today’s meeting has decided to remove Pandak from the board.

“It has only been decided to remove Pandak from the board of directors of NEPSE,” the board of directors said, “He will continue to be the executive chief. He will not come to NEPSE on Monday. His office will be CDSC.” According to the director, Pandak has been removed from the board of CDSC only for some time.

He added, “Later on, he will probably be the director there. No one has been appointed in his place at present.” According to him, today’s decision was taken under the direct direction of Singha Durbar. He did not want to disclose which body belongs to Singha Durbar.
