Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Proprietor of Ashish Construction Service Pvt Ltd Rishikesh Gauli has been arrested on the charge of tampering with details of various contracts by providing unauthorized access to the online system of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office.

The Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police arrested him from Old Baneshwor of Kathmandu today. Bureau Spokesperson Shiva Kumar Shrestha said that investigation is underway against 13 persons including the contractors for altering the documents of the financial proposal before the financial proposal is opened.

Police said further investigation was underway against them as per the Organised Crime Prevention Act, 2070.
