Kathmandu. The Department of Money Laundering Investigation has sought details from Himalayan Reinsurance Company and 7 Micro Life Insurance companies.

The department has sought details of Nepal Micro Insurance Company Ltd, Guardian Micro Life Insurance, Crest Micro Life Insurance, Liberty Micro Life Insurance, Protective Insurance, Star Micro Insurance Company and Trust Micro Insurance.

“At the time of incorporation of these 7 companies, the amount paid in the bank accounts of various individuals and institutions except the premium paid by the promoter shares at the time of obtaining permission from the Insurance Authority, in respect of the amount paid in the bank accounts of various individuals and institutions, in whose name, in the accounts of which banks and financial institutions, “We request all concerned to submit the information to the Department office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice and cooperate in the investigation work,” reads the notice.
