Moderate rain and snowfall likely in some places

. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Meteorological Forecasting Division said there are chances of moderate rain along with thunder, lightning, gusty winds and snowfall at few places of the Tarai region of Lumbini and Sudurpaschim province towards the afternoon.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, there will be generally cloudy in Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces, generally cloudy in the hilly and mountainous areas of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.TAG_OPEN_div_6

Tonight, there will be generally cloudy in the hilly region including Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces while there will be partly cloudy in the Tarai region.TAG_OPEN_div_4 Light rain or thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of the hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, and at a few places of the hilly and mountainous regions of Lumbini and Karnali provinces.
