Kathmandu. The Supreme Court (SC) has ordered the arrest of businessman Deepak Bhatta.
A single bench of Justice Abdul Aziz Musalman ordered Bhatt to be present before the court along with the detainee.
Hearing the writ petition filed by Bhatta’s wife Ayushma Nepal, the apex court issued a show cause order in the name of the defendant.
