Bhatt, Agrawal to be remanded in custody for 12 more days

Kathmandu. The Special Court has remanded businessmen Deepak Bhatt and Sulav Agrawal in custody for 12 days for further investigation. They have been arrested on the charge of money laundering and are being investigated.

A division bench of Justices Hemanta Rawal, Dilli Ratna Shrestha and Bidur Koirala on Wednesday issued the order to keep the accused in custody for 12 days.

Sulabh Shankar is the director of the group. This is the sixth time his term has been extended in his case while Bhatta’s term has been extended for the fifth time.
