Kathmandu. The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an interim order on a writ petition filed against the government’s decision to remove the squatters.
A division bench of Justices Kumar Regmi and Nityanand Pandey issued the order today.
Senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi, Gopal Ranpaheli and Majid Ansari have filed a writ petition at the apex court.
