Kathmandu. Coordinator of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has questioned why the government was trying to cover up the property details of the ministers when questions were raised from the public.

He asked this question in the House of Representatives today. He recalled that the people expected the government to respond in a transparent manner when questions were raised on the property issue.

He urged the government not to violate the law in the arrogance of numbers.

“The people have trusted you. Put that faith into strengthening the method. “You tried to run the government by deceiving the people’s representatives by adjourning the parliament you had convened,” he said, adding, “The way you started arrests with the smell of revenge and locked up those criticizing the government, how can this be acceptable for the democratic system and system? But today you are trying to evade the parliament by attacking the same autocracy, vendetta and democratic values. ’’
