Arghakhanchi. Two persons died on the spot and 22 others were injured in a bus accident that took place at Panini-8, Durgaphant Kudule in Arghakhanchi district today.
The bus (Ga 1 Dha 504) was returning from Parbat to visit Supa Deurali in Arghakhanchi, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Diwas Bahadur GC, chief of the District Police Office. According to him, rescue operations are underway in the accident.
Acyut Gautam, former chair of Panini rural municipality, said that the rescue operation is underway by locals and police. The injured have been rushed to Palpa District Hospital and Arghakhanchi Hospital for treatment.
