Kathmandu. The meeting of the House of Representatives is taking place at 11 am today.

The meeting is expected to continue discussions on the government’s policies and programmes. President Ram Chandra Poudel read out the policies and programmes of the government in the joint session of the House of Representatives on Monday.

In the discussion on Tuesday, lawmakers put their views on the policies and programmes on the basis of party representation. As per the expected agenda of the House today, the policies and programmes will be presented for decision. The budget for the fiscal year 2083/84 will also be presented in the current session of the House.

Similarly, the meeting of the National Assembly is taking place at 12:15 pm. The meeting is likely to initiate discussions on the government’s policies and programmes.
