Kathmandu. Prakash Adhikari has been appointed the secretary of the House of Representatives. President Ram Chandra Poudel appointed Adhikari on the recommendation of Speaker of the House of Representatives Dol Prasad Aryal.
According to Article 106 (1) of the constitution, the President shall appoint the Secretary after the recommendation of the Speaker.
