The award was announced at a ceremony organized by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Bangkok, Thailand. The official trophy and certificate received by the company amidst a special ceremony at the company’s central office.

According to Citizen Life, the international recognition recognizes the company’s strong financial position, excellence in customer service, effective use of digital technology and leadership in expanding life insurance penetration internationally.
