Kathmandu. Promoter shareholder Yam Bahadur Pun of Gorkhas Finance Company has started the process to sell 2,000 units of promoter shares in his name.

The financial institution had issued a 35-day public notice to the existing promoter shareholders after the company submitted an application to the board of directors seeking approval for the sale of the shares. According to the company, no application has been received from any existing promoter shareholders for the purchase of shares within the notice period published on April 25.

Any other general public or organization interested in buying the promoter can apply. The interested buyers can contact head office of the financial institution in Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
