Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Guthi Sansthan has issued an urgent public notice to remove the encroachment on the premises of temples and shrines of Rajguthi in Dhanusha district.
According to the notice issued by the Corporation, some individuals and organizations have been found encroaching upon the premises of temples and shrines of Rajguthi in different places of Dhanusha district by constructing structures and building structures.
Stating that such acts have posed a challenge to the protection of public and religious properties, the Guthi Sansthan has urged all concerned to remove the encroachment upon them immediately. The corporation has made it clear that necessary action would be taken as per the prevailing laws if the unauthorized structure or occupation is maintained by disobeying the notice.
Stating that the protection and management of temples, ponds and guthi land under Rajguthi was the common responsibility of all stakeholders, the Guthi Sansthan has appealed to the locals, bodies concerned and encroachers to help in the protection of public property.
