Kathmandu. Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) has distributed stall for the upcoming Nepal Mobility Expo 2026. The expo, which is going to be the biggest mobility and automobile exhibition of Nepal, will be held at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu from August 11, 2083.
A total of 49 stalls have been allotted to 49 brands of four-wheeler, two-wheeler and commercial vehicles through a predefined and transparent lottery process, out of which 26 stalls were given to four-wheeler brands and 23 stalls to two-wheeler and commercial vehicle brands.
Speaking at the stall distribution ceremony, Ritu Singh Vaidya, President of NAIMA, said that the enthusiastic participation from the industry has further proved the importance of NAIMA, which is being established as the biggest mobility and automobile exhibition of the country. He added that the aim of NIMA is to develop the expo not only as an exhibition but also as a common platform to promote modern, sustainable and accessible mobility in Nepal.
He informed that all the stalls of the initial phase have been confirmed and requested for participation from some companies has been received even after the deadline has expired. “We will try to address these requests by evaluating the available space and potential, especially by prioritizing NAIA member companies,” he added.
Gaurav Sharda, chairman of NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo Planning Committee, said that the event was a reflection of the industry’s trust, enthusiasm and increasing attraction towards the expo. He also expressed his confidence that with enthusiastic participation and support from industry, NIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 will be the biggest and most impactful mobility exhibition of Nepal and will provide a world-class and international exhibition experience.
Executive Director of NIMA Raj Kumar Dulal said that the stall allocation process was completely transparent, fair and in accordance with the predetermined standard. The expo is being organized and maintained to the highest standards in collaboration with participating automobile brands, partner organizations and other stakeholders.
The participating four-wheeler brands are Arcfox, BAIC, BYD, Citroen, Danza, Forthing, Great Wall Motors, Henry Volts, Henri Boma, Hyundai, iCore, Kaiyi, Kia, Lip Motor, Mahindra, Maxus, MG-GO Automobiles, MG-Paramount Motors, Nissan, Omoda & Jaco, Peugeot, Proton, Tata, Toyota Wooling and Zikker.
The participating two motorcycle brands are Ather, Bajaj, CFMoto÷Geho, Gyro, Honda, Keren, KTM, Morbidelli, NIU, Peugeot and Bigaus, Royal Enfield, Suzuki, Triumph, TVS, UltraViolet and Yadea and ZX Moto÷CX motorcycles. Similarly, commercial vehicle brands participating in motorcycles include Chery Wanda, Carrie, Keaton and Skyworth. NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 will showcase the latest trends in vehicles, mobility solutions, technology and innovation.
The expo will include participation from leading brands, new product launches, latest technology showcases and parallel knowledge sessions. It will provide an opportunity to connect consumers, businesses, and industry stakeholders in one place to get a closer understanding of the future of Nepal’s mobility sector.
