Kathmandu. Sweden defeated Tunisia in a Group F match of the FIFA World Cup on Saturday.
Sweden defeated Tunisia 5-1 at the Monterrey Stadium in Mexico on Sunday. For Sweden, Yacine Ayari scored twice, while Alexander Isak, Viktor Gyokeres and Matthias Svanberg scored one goal each. Omar Rekic scored the only goal for Tunisia.
Yacine Ayari scored the first goal for Sweden in the seventh minute. In the 30th minute of the game, Alexander doubled Sweden’s lead. In the 43rd minute of the first half, Tunisia’s Omar scored the first goal of the match.
In the 59th minute of the game, Viktor scored Sweden’s third goal. Mathias Svannberg scored the first goal for Sweden in the 86th minute. Yassin scored his second goal of the match and his team’s fifth goal in the second half to give Sweden a 5-1 victory over Tunisia.
Sweden is in the top three points with the win. In the first match of the group, the Netherlands and Japan played a 2-2 draw and shared a point each.
