Government directs government agencies to remove offices of employees’ unions

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The District Administration Office, Kathmandu has directed the government agencies to remove the offices of employees associated with government bodies from the government buildings.
Administrative Officer of the office, Tirtha Raj Kattel, said that the office has been asked to remove such offices within seven days.TAG_OPEN_div_14
} Issuing a notice today, the Kathmandu administration has asked the government buildings registered with the District Administration Office as per the Organization Registration Act, 2034 BS to remove the government buildings if they are staying inside the structures of the central office, provincial office, district office, liaison office or unit offices of the non-governmental organizations, organizations and organizations registered with the District Administration Office and employees of various government and public bodies in Kathmandu district ।
The Administration Office has asked the office to remove such offices of any organizations registered pursuant to the Organization Registration Act, 2034 within seven days and relocate them to another private or rented building and inform this office about the same.TAG_OPEN_div_10
Similarly, all government offices and public bodies have been directed to remove the boards and structures of such organizations from their office premises and vacate the areas occupied by such organizations.TAG_OPEN_div_8 The notice reads, “Action will be taken as per the law if the offices of the organizations are found operating in the structures of the government offices by disobeying this notice.” ’
