It is hot weather in Bharatpur at this time. A German hangar has been used at the venue to protect from the scorching sun and possible rain. A 30,000 square feet German hangar has been installed in the guest house ground of Bharatpur for the delegates, observers and leaders and cadres.
According to Srijal Bhattarai, managing director of Media Space Solutions, a hangar with a roof of 20 feet wide and 75 feet length has been installed in the middle. There are 20 feet long and 30 feet wide hangers on both sides. The hangars are 24 feet high in the middle and 14 feet on the sides. Bhattarai said that the structure will accommodate 15,000 people. Pagoda-style canopy tents will be set up in other empty spaces.
Inside the German hangar, there will be around two thousand chairs for women, senior citizens and the helpless. Arrangements will be made for seating in the remaining places. Four LED screens will also be installed.
The German hangar is a temporary sturdy tent. Bhattarai said, “The hangar is made of ‘tensile fabric’ on the aluminum structure. “It’s a way to avoid the sun, rain and gusty winds,” he said.
