Kathmandu. Himalayan Reinsurance Limited’s promoter shareholder Tele Direct Pvt. Ltd. has recalled Prithviraj Thapa as its nominee. The company has sent a letter to the Office of the Company Registrar, Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) and CDS and Clearing Limited.
According to Himalayan Reinsurance, a letter received from the promoter shareholder Tele Direct Pvt Ltd states that the decision to recall Thapa has been made. Also, the company will not send a new representative to the post of director which is currently vacant.
