Kathmandu. The temperature in the Tarai region is increasing continuously. The Meteorological Forecasting Division has urged the people of the Tarai region to take precaution and take precaution from heat.

Spokesperson of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Bibhuti Pokharel, said that hot wind has been predicted in the Tarai area of Sudurpaschim and Lumbini provinces for the next three days.

According to the Department, the maximum temperature in Dhangadhi will reach 40 degree Celsius while the temperature in Nepalgunj and Bhairahawa will reach 41 degree Celsius in the coming days. The temperature in Birendranagar and Ghorahi will also increase. Spokesperson Pokharel urged the people of these areas not to go out of the house during the day, drink adequate water and adopt special precaution regarding their health.
