President’s Authentication of Bill

. President Ram Chandra Poudel today issued the ‘Alternative Development Finance Mobilization Bill, 2083’.

According to the Office of the President, the President certified the bill in accordance with Article 113 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal.TAG_OPEN_div_7

The bill, which was passed by the House of Representatives, was recently submitted to the President for authentication.TAG_OPEN_div_5
