Kathmandu. Erling Haaland scored a goal as Norway beat five-time World Cup champions Brazil to reach the quarter-finals of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Norway defeated Brazil 2-1 to reach the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup 2018 at the New Jersey Stadium in New York.

Haaland scored both goals for Norway. He scored two goals in the last 11 minutes of the second half. Haaland scored the first goal for Norway in the 79th minute. Haaland scored from Andreas Seldrup’s pass. He scored the second goal in the 90th minute.

Neymar scored a goal for Brazil in the second half of the match through a penalty. With this defeat, Brazil is out of the World Cup.
