Kathmandu. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has arrested Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pushpa Raj Bhattarai.
According to CIB Superintendent of Police Anupam Shumsher Rana, Bhattarai was arrested on the charge of issuing travel documents in the name of Tibetan refugees.
The District Government Attorney Office, Kathmandu on Monday filed a case against Bhattarai at the Kathmandu District Court on the charge of passport offence.
