Nirvana Kumar Chaudhary, chairman of Nabil Bank, said that the Hub has been established to facilitate students of financial access, guidance and banking assistance. “Investment in education is not only for an individual, but for building the future of entire family, society and nation. Chairman Chaudhary said, “This initiative will be expanded by arranging at least one counter of Education Hub in all the branches across the country.”

“The launch of the Education Hub reflects the true spirit of Australia-Nepal relations, which is investing in human resources through education,” said Simon Ernst, Australia’s ambassador to Nepal. “Reliable and transparent systems create an environment of trust in the entire education sector, benefiting students, families, educational institutions and financial service providers. Welcoming the commitment of Nabil Bank to establish the Hub as a one-door hand-holding center for students and parents, the Minister said, “The concept is practical and timely. The Embassy also appreciates Nabil Bank’s efforts in strengthening the selection and verification process. ”

According to the bank, education is a long-term investment for human capital formation, national development and the future of the country. The bank has also been providing educational loan and banking services to thousands of students through its nationwide branch. Stating that financial assistance alone is not enough for students and parents, the bank will also provide specialist services through Education Hub.

Likewise, Ananta Poudyal, the director of Nabil Bank said, “The Hub is established to address the changing needs of students and parents. The Hub will not only be limited to the release of education loans, but will also provide essential banking services, financial consultancy and special facilitation throughout the journey of study abroad. This is another step in Nabil Bank’s commitment to create long-term value through customer-centric innovations and meaningful financial solutions.”

Unlike traditional banking services, Education Hub aims to establish Nabil as a trusted financial and knowledge partner for the education sector. The Hub will have an expert team related to educational banking. Which will provide fast, convenient and specialized service to the customers. One of the key features of the bank’s education loan is the moratorium facility that is available throughout the course of the student’s studies. This facility will save the students from the need to pay loan installments regularly during the study period and will help them focus on their studies, research, skill development and future career building.

Manoj Kumar Gyawali, CEO of Nabil Bank, said that this type of service will be available for the first time in the banking sector of Nepal. “With the growing attraction towards international education where students’ needs are not limited to financial assistance, this Hub will integrate education loans, foreign exchange services, financial planning and essential banking guidance in an integrated manner,” he stated. Stating that the Education Hub will provide loan and counseling services to both students and parents, he said, “This center will work as a one-stop solution for those who want to study abroad.” ”

The Hub has been established with the objective to provide banking support required in an integrated manner from the initial stage of planning abroad study to admission process, loan management, foreign exchange service, completion of studies and loan repayment management.

Stating that the bank’s nationwide network is the mainstay of customer service, the ADB is not a substitute for branches, but a specialized center established to make them more powerful and effective. It is expected to provide expert services, faster decision making process and a better banking experience to the customers of the education sector.

Nabili Bank is one of the leading commercial banks in the private sector. The bank has been serving more than 26 lakh customers through its 264 branches and 315 ATMs across the country.
