Kathmandu. At least three people were killed in police firing during a clash between two groups at Dewangunj rural municipality-3 in Sunsari district today. The deceased has been identified as Rabindra Kumar Mehta, 21, of Dewangunj-3, who was injured in police firing on July 26.

According to the police, Mehta died on Tuesday morning. On July 26, 10 people were seriously injured in police firing during a clash between two communities. Among the injured, Om Prakash Mehta, 25, of Dewangunj-4 died the same day. Jaya Prakash Mehta, 22, of Dewangunj-3 died while undergoing treatment at the Neuro Hospital, Biratnagar.
