Kathmandu. A person died in a bus accident in Lalitpur district this morning.

The accident took place when a bus (Ba 2 Kha 3590) en route to Satdobato from Bhaktapur hit the wall of the flyover at Gwarko.

The deceased has been identified as a 40-year-old woman, according to Superintendent of Police (SP) Gautam Mishra at the District Police Range, Lalitpur.

The injured 19 people are undergoing treatment at different hospitals. It is suspected that the accident might have been caused by over-speeding.
