Kathmandu. The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an interim order not to immediately arrest the chairman and board members of the Investment Mega Bank.
A single bench of Justice Tek Prasad Dhungana summoned both sides for discussion on August 10.
The court ordered not to arrest him until further orders.
The chairman and board members of Investment Mega Bank were to be arrested immediately in connection with the smart cell scam.
The CIB had taken permission from the Kathmandu District Court to arrest the chairman of the bank, Prithvi Bahadur Pandey and its members.
