Kathmandu. The meeting of the House of Representatives is taking place today. The meeting to be held at 1 pm in Singha Durbar is likely to present four bills.
President of the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee, Hari Dhakal, is scheduled to present the report of the Committee on Bill to revive the existing provisions of the Nepal Special Service Act, 2042 BS in the meeting.
Similarly, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, on behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, will table the bill related to remuneration, conditions of service and facilities of office-bearers of constitutional bodies (first amendment), 2083.
Similarly, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Gauri Kumari presented the Mines and Minerals Bill, 2083 BS in the meeting.
Minister for Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minorities and Social Security, Sita Badi, presented the Human Trafficking and Transportation (Control) (first amendment) Bill, 2083 BS in the meeting.
Similarly, Foreign Minister Sishir Khanal is likely to present the ‘Passport (First Amendment) Bill, 2083’, said Secretary General of the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Padma Prasad Pandey.
