DiPaul Nivo Q05 launched in Nepal with ‘A Class Away’ Comfort, Design and Technology

Kathmandu. MAW Vriddhi has officially launched the all-new Dipple Nivo Q05 in the Nepalese market. Touted as a compact electric SUV, Q05 aims to deliver a “Class A” above experience in terms of comfort, design and technology.

Q05 was unveiled amidst a grand ceremony. The event was graced by dignitaries including Mr. Vishnu Kumar Agrawal, Chairman of MAW Vriddhi, Mr. Vivek Sikaria, Managing Director and Mr. Du Kaiqian, Regional Manager, South Asia, Chang’an International Corporation.

The Q05 Max variant is priced at Rs 46,99,000 and the Ultra variant is priced at Rs 49,99,000. These introductory prices will be applicable only during the NADA Auto Show period. After the show, the Max variant will be priced at Rs 48.99 lakh and the Ultra variant will be priced at Rs 51.99 lakh.

Comfort has ‘A class now’

Developed for the modern family, Q05 offers spacious and practical cabins inside compact exteriors. It has a class-leading 2,735 mm wheelbase and 86 mm long wheelbase. With 6% cabin space utilization, there is ample room for passengers. Up to three adults can easily travel in the back seat.

The rear seats can be reclined at two angles, 28 and 33 degrees. A nine-layer ergonomic structure is used to provide comfortable and effective support on the seats. The Q05 comes with a 540-litre dual-level boot with 90L of hidden storage.

There are 29 practical storage spaces throughout the cabin. Plus, more than 67 sound insulation and noise reduction points make the cabin quieter. The selected variant has a power sunshade of 1. An 8square meter panoramic glass roof is also available.

Design’s ‘A Class Now’

Q05 was developed under the leadership of Chang’an’s Vice President of Global Design and former Volkswagen Group Head of Design, Klaus Gesioira. More than 915 design experts from 31 countries contributed to its development.

Inspired by Fuguang design philosophy, the Q05 features a balanced body ratio, confident road appearance, and 0.0 body ratio. It has an aerodynamic profile with 265 CD drag coefficients. Winner of the 2026 Golden A’ Design Award in Q05 with the Digital Wing 2. It comes with 0 full-length lighting signature, star-ring matrix LED taillight and premium semi-hidden door handles.

The Q05 uses a Cattle Battery Cell integrated with Chang’an’s Golden Shield Battery 2.0 technology. Its 3C fast charging system can charge the battery from 30% to 80% in about 15 minutes when ideal.

It is powered by a 120kW electric motor that accelerates the vehicle from 0-100 km/h in 8.1 seconds. The Q05 delivers a claimed range of 405 km as per WLTP testing. Its energy consumption is 12.9 kilowatt-hours per 100 kilometers.

The technology package includes a 14.6-inch 1080p touchscreen, automotive-grade MTK 8675 7nm processor, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. As per the variant, up to 18 driver assistance systems and 540-degree panoramic viewing system will also be available.

MAW Vriddhi also announced the ‘Ambassadors of Dipple’ at the event. The brand ambassadors of Deepal include Paras Khadka, Anoop Bikram Shahi, Pradeep Khadka, Shweta Khadka, Anna Sharma, Jasita Gurung, Swopan Suman, Jyotsna Yogi and Miruna Magar.
