Kathmandu. ISFC Finance Company has proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 10.5263 percent to the shareholders from the profit of the financial year 2082/83.

The 372nd meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held at 9:00 am on September 30 has proposed to distribute the dividend on the basis of its paid-up capital.

According to the company, a cash dividend of 10.5263 per cent of the paid-up capital of Rs 1,183,34,70,960 maintained till the end of July 2083 has been proposed. The proposed dividend amount is Rs 12,45,75,703.66. The cash dividend will also include the tax on dividends, the company said.

The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
