Kathmandu. On behalf of the members of the Agrawal Service Kendra, the chairman of the center, Girdhari Agrawal, has donated Rs 41 lakh to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.
Agrawal handed over the amount to the Finance Minister and expressed the belief that it would help in the relief and rehabilitation of the people affected by the recent natural disaster.TAG_OPEN_p_4
On the occasion, the Finance Minister was also informed about the relief materials worth Rs 10 lakh to be distributed by the ‘Yuva Manch’. The youth forum will provide essential food, clothes and other essential items to the disaster-affected areas.
Support from the private sector, social organizations and various communities is continuing in the rescue, relief and reconstruction of the people affected by the disaster. Agrawal Sewa Kendra and Youth Forum have also expressed their commitment to humanitarian service and have actively participated in the relief campaign.
