Kathmandu. Snow Rivers Company has declared a dividend for shareholders.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on September 12 has declared 10.5263 percent dividend from the profit of the last FY.

This includes 10 percent bonus shares and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

The company, which has declared the dividend, has called its annual general meeting. The meeting will be held on September 21.

For the purpose of the meeting, the book will be closed for one day on September 8. The shareholders who remain in power till September 20 will get the dividend fixed by the company.
