Kathmandu. Citizens Bank has announced a dividend to be distributed to shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
The bank has announced a dividend of 4 per cent of its current paid-up capital. Of this, 3.80 per cent is bonus shares. Similarly, it has declared a cash dividend of 0.20 per cent for tax purposes.
The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on September 14 has decided to distribute the dividend at this rate.
