The Supreme Court has ordered him to be released on bail of Rs 10 lakh. A division bench of Justices Bal Krishna Dhakal and Nripa Dhwaj Niraula quashed the High Court’s order and ordered him to be released on bail.TAG_OPEN_p_2
He had moved the Supreme Court against the High Court’s order to send him to judicial custody in a banking fraud case.
