Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has concluded its 20th Annual General Meeting.
The AGM approved the dividend paid to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year 2082/83.
The bank had paid a cash dividend of 15.7895 per cent including tax from the profit of the last fiscal year. Similarly, the bank has also approved a proposal to pay a dividend of 9 per cent to the preference shareholders for the period from the date of allotment of preference shares.
Similarly, the meeting has approved the annual financial statement, balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement and financial statements for the fiscal year 2082/83 along with the auditor’s report.
The meeting also endorsed other proposals, including appointing an external auditor.
