Kathmandu. Shangri-La Development Bank has called its general meeting.

The meeting will be held on October 8. The meeting will be held at Alice Reception, Gairidhara, Kathmandu. In the meeting, the bank will present a proposal to give 4 percent bonus shares to the shareholders and a cash dividend of 6.5263 percent including tax.

The meeting will also present a proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and authorize the Board of Directors to carry out mergers and acquisitions with other appropriate banks and financial institutions, elect 3 directors representing promoter shareholders and appoint auditors.

The bank will be closing the book from September 22 to September 22 for the purpose of the meeting. Shareholders who have remained in power till September 23 will be able to participate in dividends and meetings.
