Kathmandu. Minister for Foreign Affairs Shishir Khanal met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Poland Radoslaw Sikorski.

The two leaders discussed various aspects of Nepal-Poland relations during their bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly underway at the UN Headquarters, New York, according to Minister Khanal’s Secretariat.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on further strengthening the growing relations between the two countries. They also discussed further expanding bilateral cooperation in various areas of mutual interest.

The two sides underlined the need to further strengthen cooperation between Nepal and Poland in multilateral forums, including the United Nations.
