Kathmandu. Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Company has declared a dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 23 declared the dividend.
The company has proposed a cash dividend of 5.263 per cent to its shareholders.
Similarly, the company has called its annual general meeting for October 30. The book will be closed for October 19 for the purpose of the meeting.
Shareholders who have remained in power till October 1 can participate in the AGM.
