Kathmandu. The transmission line of the Rahughat Hydropower Project has been damaged due to the flood accompanied by incessant rains. The electricity transmission system of the project has been affected after the flood swept away the towers of the transmission line.
Immediate assessment of the status of damage in the project is underway. Necessary technical initiatives have been taken to restore and operate the power system by collecting detailed details of the damage.
