{{TAG_OPEN_div_12} Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has given approval to Him Parbat Hydropower Limited for the initial public offering (IPO). The board has approved the company to publish the prospectus of the IPO on October 20.
As per the approval, the company will issue a total of 59,1 TAG_OPEN_div_10 5,000 units of ordinary shares. The issue price of the IPO will be as stipulated in the prospectus.
TAG_OPEN_div_8Citizens Capital Limited has been appointed as the IPO issue manager of the company. With the approval of the board to publish the prospectus, the IPO issuance process of Himparbat Hydropower has moved forward.
The company will disclose details including the number of shares the general public can apply for and the date of the issue.TAG_OPEN_div_6
