Kathmandu. Participants, employees and their family members of the Citizen Investment Trust will get a discount on treatment at Everest Hospital. An agreement has been reached between the fund and the hospital in this regard.

PADT acting executive director Hemanta Pokharel and assistant administrator of the hospital Yadav Prasad Dhungana signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

According to the agreement, the staff, dependents and members of the fund will get 20 per cent discount in hospital bills and check-up services and 10 per cent discount in the bills of operation room and pharmacy.

However, services taken from external sources, doctors’ consultation, ambulance fees and equipment will not be exempted, the fund said in a press release issued on Thursday.
