Kathmandu. The Ghorahi Cement Industry has called its AGM to endorse the dividend proposal announced to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.

On Monday, December 14, Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City of Dang district. The fifth annual general meeting has been convened at Hotel Pauwa, Bharatpur-15. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m.

The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 10 percent bonus shares and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

The company is closing its book for one day on December 11 for the AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till December 10 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend to be distributed by the company.
