. The Seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIBL) has been concluded. The AGM of the bank has approved a proposal of distributing 6.31 percent cash dividend i.e. Rs 1.36 billion.
Similarly, the AGM was to elect two directors representing the group of ordinary shareholders. Lima Adhikari Acharya and Manish Thapa have been elected treasurer of Rastriya Swatantra Party. Both of them were elected from the general shareholder group.
